Are kava and kratom the same thing?
No — different plants entirely. Kava is a root from the South Pacific; kratom is a leaf from the coffee family in Southeast Asia. They're often confused because both are alcohol-free botanical drinks served at kava bars.
Which is stronger?
They're not really comparable — different compounds, different feels. Both are dose-dependent, and our staff will start you gentle either way.
Can I have both?
